Carly Hughes, M. Ed.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Carly brings experience as a special education teacher and behavior interventionist across public and nonpublic schools. She founded Behind Behaviors to help families connect the details in records and meetings to the student behind them—and turn concerns into a focused plan.
Mary Kate Tagliaferri, M.A., C.A.S., NCSP
Co-Founder & Consultant
MK brings a school psychologist’s perspective on learning, mental health, and behavior. She helps families understand assessment information and consider supports that reflect the student’s academic, social, and emotional needs.

Rhea Davis
Rhea is a former special education teacher and Intervention Coordinator who founded EducationWorks to help families navigate special education with confidence. She brings professional and lived experience to her work, with a focus on IEPs, executive functioning, and collaborative support tailored to each student.

Julie Morton, LCSW-C
Julie is a licensed clinical social worker with experience in public and nonpublic schools, mental health services, and post-secondary support. She has contributed to evaluations, IEP services, and social-emotional goals. Drawing on both professional and parenting experience, Julie takes a practical, strengths-based approach to helping families and school teams support students.

Cori Schoeffel
Cori brings more than ten years of experience as a special educator supporting children and individuals with disabilities across a range of settings. As a preschool Assistant Director and Inclusion Specialist, she draws on her experience in inclusion, behavior support, and family-school collaboration to help families navigate special education and build productive partnerships with schools.
